Curfew

The owner of Curfew – Humberto Saraviva Marques – is regarded as one of Denmark’s top bartenders. He had worked at four- and five-star hotels around the world and four years as a bartender at 1105 (you will read about this bar later) before he opened his cocktail bar.

The bar’s style evokes memories of curfews during the American prohibition time of the 1920-30s. You can choose from a wide range of cocktails –  mainly based on Scandinavian spirits with a bit of Portuguese essence.

The bar is suitable for hosting 90-100 guests sitting at or relaxing on one of the green sofas. To enhance the relaxation, dimmish lightning and music support the relaxing atmosphere.

Ruby

Then, on the next floor, you find tables for prominent companies with a smaller bar and a wide range of cocktails. Lastly, the top floor has a cosy living room and is a haven for whiskey lovers.

The decoration of 1105 is inspired by exclusive London hotel bars – modern and stylish furniture. The seating area offers a comfy place to hang out if you’re there with friends or on a date. Although this bar aims to serve as a gathering place for a mature audience, the average age of guests is above 30. Condé Nast Traveller’s included “1105” in the trendiest international bars and nightclubs in 2010. They deserved it for the friendly atmosphere and the top-quality cocktails they serve.

Strøm Bar

In 2013, Strøm Bar was nominated for The World’s 50 Best Bars. Its speciality is that all of the cocktails’ ingredients are homemade, which gives the recipe for the best gourmet cocktails.
